Student Leadership & Council
At Emerald International School, we believe that education extends beyond academics. The Student Council serves as a platform where students actively participate in school activities and decision-making processes. It encourages leadership, teamwork, discipline, and a sense of responsibility among students. Student Council Structure
At Emerald International School, we believe in nurturing young leaders who inspire, motivate, and lead by example. The Student Council serves as an important platform for students to develop leadership qualities, decision-making skills, teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Students are selected for various leadership positions based on their academic performance, discipline, communication skills, confidence, and commitment to school values. The selection process is designed to identify students with the potential to become responsible and effective leaders.
The Student Council is led by the Head Boy and Head Girl, who work closely with the school administration and faculty members. They are supported by Vice Head Boy, Vice Head Girl, House Captains, Sports Captains, Cultural Coordinators, Prefects, and Class Representatives. Together, they assist in organizing school events, promoting discipline, encouraging student participation, and fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.
Selection Procedure

Led by the Head Boy and Head Girl, and supported by Prefects, House Captains, and Class Representatives, the Student Council contributes significantly to the organization of school events, promotion of discipline, and encouragement of student engagement in academic, cultural, social, and sporting activities.
